基于SEM的新工科创新型人才培养路径研究

当前我国新工科正处在建设和发展的重要关头,新工科人才的培养作为新工科建设的关键环节,具有至关重要的战略价值.在立德树人视域下探索新工科创新型人才的培养路径,要注重解决好思政教育渗透力度不足、教学手段缺乏多样性、学生评价体系不够完善和学科竞赛的潜力未充分挖掘等实际问题.针对上述问题,从思政引领、教学方法、评价体系和学科竞赛四个维度出发构建模型,运用 SEM方法对模型进行分析,探讨新工科创新型人才培养路径,从提升课程思政融合深度、实施多元化的教学方法、构建科学全面的学生评价体系和充分发挥学科竞赛的促教促学作用四个方面提出建议,全方位推进德育与智育同向同行,提升新工科人才培养实效.
Research on the cultivation path of innovative talents in new engineering based on SEM
At present,China's new engineering disciplines are at a crucial stage of construction and de-velopment.The cultivation of new engineering talents,as a key link in the development of new en-gineering disciplines,holds strategic value of utmost importance.In exploring the cultivation path of innovative talents in new engineering from the perspective of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents,it is essential to address practical issues such as insufficient integration of ideological and political education,lack of diversity in teaching methods,imperfection in the student evaluation system,and underutilized potential of academic competitions.In response to the above issues,a model is constructed from four dimensions:ideological and political guidance,teaching methods,e-valuation system,and subject competitions.The SEM method is used to analyze the model and ex-plore the path of cultivating innovative talents in the new engineering field.Suggestions are pro-posed from four aspects:enhancing the integration depth of ideological and political education into courses,implementing diversified teaching methods,constructing a scientific and comprehensive student evaluation system,and fully leveraging the role of subject competitions in promoting edu-cation and learning.This path aims to comprehensively promote the synchronization of moral and intellectual education and enhance the effectiveness of cultivating new engineering talents.
