摘要
工匠精神作为一种注重实践、传承创新和精益求精的劳动态度,与新质生产力发展的目标有着天然的契合度.工匠精神强调的精益求精、追求卓越的品质与新质生产力追求高科技、高效能、高质量的目标一脉相承.文章以工匠精神与新质生产力的内涵及其内在契合性为主要出发点,阐述了工匠精神在新质生产力发展过程中的赋能价值,并据此提出了工匠精神赋能新质生产力的有效实践路径.工匠精神赋能新质生产力发展将更好地促进产业转型升级与经济社会高质量发展,助力教育更有效果、企业更有效率.
Abstract
The craftsmanship,as a labor attitude that emphasizes practice,inheritance and innovation,and striving for excellence,has a natural fit with the goal of developing new quality productive forces.The craftsmanship empha-sizes the pursuit of excellence and excellence in quality,which is in line with the goal of pursuing high technology,high efficiency,and high quality in new productive forces.This study takes the connotation and inherent consistency of the craftsmanship and new quality productive forces as the main starting point,elaborates on the empowering value of the craftsmanship in the development of new quality productive forces,and proposes an effective practical path for the craftsmanship to empower new quality productive forces.In this sense,empowering the development of new pro-ductive forces with craftsmanship will better promote industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as high-quality economic and social development,thus helping to improve the effect of education and the efficiency of enterprises.
