Research on the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Scientific and Technological Talents Agglomeration in Hebei Province
As the core factor of economic and social development and scientific and technological innovation,the rational allocation of scientific and technological talents determines the high-quality development process of regional economy.Based on the relevant science and technology panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province from 2015 to 2020,the spatial agglomeration level of scientific and technological talents was calculated by using location entropy.the internal mechanism of spatial distribution of scientific and technological talents was analyzed,and the factors affecting the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents in Hebei Province were discussed.The results show that the overall level of science and technology in Hebei Province is low,the agglomeration degree of scientific and technological talents in prefecture-level cities is low,and a good agglomeration advantage has not been formed for the time being.The agglomeration degree of scientific and technological talents is relatively high in the central region and relatively low in the northern and southern regions.There are five relatively advantageous areas,four relatively disadvantageous areas and two absolutely disadvantageous areas in the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents in Hebei Province.Scientific research environment factors are the key factors to determine the concentration of scientific and technological talents in Hebei Province,and the impact of R&D investment intensity on the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents in Hebei Province is increasingly significant.
