数字经济背景下文化旅游服务创新演化博弈研究

文化旅游服务资源闲置在一定程度上限制了城乡发展动力,而数字经济是盘活文化旅游服务资源的有效途径.地方政府与企业作为数字经济背景下文化旅游服务发展的主要参与方,其行为决策将对地区文化旅游服务发展产生影响.在提出数字技术同文化旅游服务相结合的基础上,引入本地公众亲和力与政府应急响应两个变量,构建地方政府与企业双方博弈模型,讨论不同情况下决策组合的演化均衡,并通过Matlab数值模拟验证结论.结果表明:当公众亲和力极低时,地方政府与企业都会选择消极策略;随着公众亲和力的升高,地方政府与企业策略选择的态度逐渐积极,直至最后同时选择积极策略,构成双赢局面;当地方政府积极宣传与不积极宣传所得到的应急响应效益之差较小时,地方政府与企业策略选择由公众亲和力大小决定;当地方政府积极宣传与不积极宣传所得到的应急响应效益之差较大时,地方政府与企业可能会同时选择消极策略.
Research on the Evoloutionary Game of Cultural Tourism Service Innovation under the Background of Digital Economy
The idle cultural tourism service resources limit the driving force of urban and rural development to a certain extent,and the digital economy is an effective way to revitalize cultural tourism service resources.Local governments and enterprises are the main participants in the development of cultural tourism services under the background of digital economy,and their behavioral decisions will have an impact on the development of regional cultural tourism services.On the basis of proposing the combination of digital technology and cultural tourism services,two variables,local public affinity and government emergency response,were introduced to construct a game model between local government and enterprises.The evolutionary equilibrium of decision combinations under different circumstances was discussed,and the conclusions were verified through Matlab numerical simulation.The results show that when the public affinity is very low,local governments and enterprises will choose a negative strategy;With the increase of public affinity,the attitude of local governments and enterprises towards strategy choices gradually become positive until finally they simultaneously choose positive strategies,constituting a win-win situation;When the difference in emergency response benefits between active and inactive local government publicity is small,the strategy choice between local government and enterprise is determined by the public affinity;When there is a large difference in emergency response benefits between active and inactive publicity,local governments and enterprises may choose negative strategies at the same time.
