摘要
通过对陕西省首批省级非遗工坊的调研发现,当前非遗工坊主要存在滞后性、机械性、片面性、低端性、失焦性与脆弱性等问题.针对上述问题,从开展系统性保护、构建协同化体系、优化全产业链条、培养传承人队伍、建立创造新机制五方面,提出设立地方手工艺资源数据库、建立区域非遗"大工坊"空间集聚体、形成以市场为目标的"政校协企网"五方平台协同化合作等具体举措,为非遗工坊的高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
Through the investigation of the first batch of provincial-level intangible cultural heritage workshops in Shaanxi Province,it is evident that the current intangible cultural heritage workshops mainly face the problems such as lagging behind,being mechanical,one-sidedness,low-end,being out of focus and fragility.In the face of the above-mentioned problems,specific measures were proposed from five aspects:carrying out systematic protection,building a collaborative system,optimizing the entire industry chain,cultivating a team of inheritors,and establishing a new mechanism for creation.It proposed specific measures such as establishing a local handicraft resource database,establishing a spatial agglomeration of regional intangible cultural heritage"workshops",and forming a collaborative cooperation among the five platforms of"government,school,cooperation,enterprise,and network"with the goal of market to provide references for the high quality development of intangible cultural heritage workshops.
