Effect of Industrial Intelligence on High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry:Analysis Based on Panel Data of 30 Provinces in China
The realization of intelligent transformation and digital transformation is regarded as an important path for the manufacturing industry to achieve high-quality development.Based on the core connotation of high-quality development of manufacturing industry,the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2019 were used to analyze the effect and mechanism of industrial intelligence at the theoretical and empirical levels.The results of the study show that industrial intelligence has a significant positive impact on enhancing the high-quality development of manufacturing industry;The intelligent enhancement effect is more obvious in the eastern and central regions,and is particularly prominent during the period of frequent introduction of relevant industrial policies;Industrial intelligence significantly promotes the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry by improving the efficiency of research and development,enhancing the level of human capital and reducing the intensity of carbon emissions.Among them,technology research and development is the most important intermediate path,followed by human capital and carbon emission reduction effects.
