The autonomous rules formulated by the super platform not only undertake the internal governance function of the platform,but also shoulder the public management function to a certain extent.There is an inherent contradiction between the profit driven nature of super platflorms and the interests of the general public.With their strong monopoly power,super platforms prefer to use autonomous rules to exclude and restrict market competition,which damages the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,endangers the order of market competition,and even infringes on social public interests.These behaviors are covert and harmful,and it is necessary to intervene in anti-monopoly regulation.The anti-monopoly regulation of the super platform autonomous rules should improve the pre-filing review system,strengthen the compliance supervision practice,pay attention to the coordination of law enforcement and justice in the process of post-relief,in order to form a closed-loop supervision of the whole chain,realize the normal supervision of anti-monopoly,and ensure the good behavior of the super platform autonomous rules.
