翻译文化传播功能释放的要素解析和效应提升——以南京旅游景点的文本翻译为例

摘要
以玄武湖、明孝陵、南京博物院的英语译文为抓手,重点探讨了翻译、旅游文本、文化素、(跨)文化传播之间的互动反拨关系.旅游是(经济)产业,是传播(旅游)文化的桥梁;翻译的定位是(跨)文化传播,(跨)文化传播效应是翻译的始终追求;旅游文本翻译是跨文化传播活动,从业者承载着向国际受众传递中国文化的责任担当;旅游文本中的文化素(翻译)直接反拨着文物景致的(跨)文化传播效应.在翻译旅游文本时,挖掘旅游文本(原文)中的关键文化素,运用适配的翻译策略予以理性转释,国际游客在吸纳中国文化的同时,中西方文化得以互鉴共荣,如此(跨)文化传播效应的不断涨升便可指日可待.
Abstract
English versions of tourist attractions in Nanjing such as Xuanwu Lake,Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum,and Nanjing Museum are studied to release the relationship between translation,tourism texts,cultural elements,and cross-cultural communication.As a bridge of cross culture,tourism is an important part of economic section.Transla-tion focuses on the effect of cross-cultural communication.Tourism translation spreads Chinese culture to the world.Cultural relics and sceneries are affected by tourism versions.The key cultural elements in the original texts should be translated with proper strategies so that tourists from abroad could enjoy Chinese culture,both Chinese and western cultures could thrive,and the effect of cross-cultural communication could accomplish much.
