摘要
数字经济的勃兴为农业农村发展注入了新动能,深刻改变着农民的生产生活方式和思维方式.乡村振兴需要农民群体具备一定的数字素养.提升农民数字素养有利于发展农村数字经济、构建数字政府、弘扬数字文化、建设数字生态文明,建成数字社会.我国数字经济成为经济发展新引擎、政府高度重视数字素养培育、农民对美好生活向往更加强烈为农民数字素养的提升提供了现实契机.但同时,农民数字素养的培育也面临基础设施不完善、农民提升数字素养主动性差、数字人才匮乏、网络安全问题频发等现实困境.因此,要完善农村的数字基础设施建设、实施农村地区数字素养教育培训、引育农村数智人才、优化网络数据环境、提高农民主动性,多措并举提升农民数字素养,为推进数字乡村建设、实现乡村全面振兴提供软实力支撑.
Abstract
The flourishing digital economy has injected new momentum into the development of agriculture and rural areas,which requires farmers to possess certain digital literacy.Farmers'digital literacy provides soft power support for rural revitalization.Farmers'digital literacy is crucial to rural digital economy,digital government,digital cul-ture,digital ecological civilization,and digital society.Chinese digital economy has become a new engine for eco-nomic development,Chinese government attaches great importance to the cultivation of digital literacy,and farmers have a stronger desire for a better life,which boosts their digital literacy.Problems still exist such as insufficient in-frastructure,poor initiative of farmers to improve digital literacy,lack of digital talents,and network security risks.Digital infrastructure,digital literacy education and training,digital talents,network data environment,and farmers'initiative should be improved for the digital villages,rural revitalization and digital China.
