我国农业高质量发展水平测度与时空分布特征研究——基于2010-2019年31个省级行政区的面板数据分析

摘要
通过构建农业高质量发展指标体系,运用熵值法测算 2010-2019 年中国 31 个省份农业高质量发展指数,分析农业高质量发展趋势及地区差异,并运用Moran指数探索农业高质量发展的时空分布特征.结果表明:农业高质量发展一级指标权重由高到低依次为绿色生产>经济结构>科技创新>质效提升>对外开放;农业高质量发展整体表现为上升趋势,但省际间差异较大,农业高质量发展指数的极差值也在不断增大;从地理分区上看,农业高质量发展水平由高到低依次为东部地区>东北地区>中部地区>西部地区,农业高质量发展存在严重失衡现象;农业高质量发展存在显著空间相关性,具体表现为"高—高"和"低—低"的聚集特征.
Abstract
An indicator system for high-quality development of agriculture is established to calculate the index of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019 with the entropy method,to analyze the trends and regional differences and to explore the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of high-quality development of agriculture with the Moran index.The results shows that the weight of the first-level indicators of high-quality development of agriculture ranked in de-scending order are as follows:green production,economic structure,scientific and technological innovation,quality and efficiency improvement,and opening to the outside world.The overall high-quality development of agriculture shows an upward trend with huge differences among provinces,and the extreme values of the agricultural high-quality development index are also increasing.From the perspective of geographical divisions,the high-quality development of agriculture ranked in descending order is as follows:eastern region,northeastern region,central region,and west-ern region.There is a serious imbalance in high-quality development of agriculture.There is a significant spatial cor-relation in the high-quality development of agriculture,featuring the aggregation characteristics of"high-high"and"low-low".
