"Bushi shuolei(不是说嘞)"is an assertion discourse marker in Huguan dialect,it appears at the begin-ning or in the middle of the response sequence in a conversation with functions of judging,praising,self-affirming,denouncing and sincerity expressing.It is widely used in Henan Province and its adjacent areas.The comparison of"bushi shuolei(不是说嘞)"with"bushishuo(不是说)"in Southwest Mandarin shows that the assertion meaning of"bushi shuolei(说嘞)"is influenced by its progressive pragmatic mode,which expresses the semantic meaning of"not(just)speaking of Z,but actually it is Z".
