Construction"zhexia X"and modal particle"le"are often used together in modem Chinese with abundant discourse function.The formal and semantic features of X in this construction are summarized in the corpus,and its overall meaning and discourse function are analyzed in the dialogue and monologue.The pragmatic motivations are mainly influenced by the characteristics of discourse distribution,focus prominence,subjectivity and inter-subjectivity.
