The legal nature of IPTV review is analyzed.The result shows that the nature of IPTV review is determined by the relationship between review and live broadcasting,the technical characteristics of review,the differences be-tween IPTV review and interactive communication of information network communication rights,the industrial poli-cies,and the public interest.The legal nature of IPTV review belongs to the domain of broadcasting rights or informa-tion network communication rights.IPTV review belongs to the domain of broadcasting organization rights.
