A model of villagers'response behavior in digital supervision of village administration is built with the external environment variables based on the planned behavior theory and the political efficacy theory to analyze villagers'response behavior and influencing factors with the survey data of 615 villagers from the Sanxiang E-supervision platform of Hunan province. The result shows that villagers'willingness and behavior participating in the digital supervision of village administration should be improved;both subjective norms and political efficacy positively and significantly affect villagers'willingness and behavior, and the willingness to participate in the digital supervision positively and significantly affects the behavior;perceived behavioral control positively and significantly affects the willingness, but the effect on the behavior is not significant;the external environment positively affects subjective norms, political efficacy and perceived behavioral control, and indirectly affects villagers'willingness and behavior through subjective norms and political efficacy. Therefore, the publicity and promotion of the platform, the construction of digital infrastructure, the digital supervision platform, and the training of villagers in digital supervision should be improved to effectively enhance villagers'response behavior, fully release the effectiveness of digital supervision of village administration, and accelerate the modernization of rural grassroots governance and the development of democratic self-governance.
