The logic and implementation dilemma of public service governance system of China,s basic education are analyzed from the perspective of the policy reducing the burden of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education,the internal logical relationship of the triple public service governance mechanism of the basic education is studied,and a dynamic circulation public service governance system of basic education is built.
