Practical Measures and Development Strategies of Public Welfare Cultural Lectures in Public Libraries——Taking"Haijin Forum"in Tianjin Library as an Example
Public cultural lectures are regarded as an important form of reading promotion activities in public libraries.It is helpful to enhance the social service function of public librar-ies.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and practical experience of public cultural lectures in public libraries,expounds the practical measures of Tianjin Library's"Haijin Forum".In order to consolidate the achievements of the lecture and promote the continuous development of the lecture,some optimization suggestions are put forward.
