Digital construction is an inevitable choice for the development of public libraries.E-merging technologies provide tools for public libraries to carry out digital construction.Through a comprehensive analysis of Yuexiu Library's utilization of emerging technologies such as virtual reality,blockchain,big data,5G,and artificial intelligence,the study synthe-sizes a smart service mode framework centered on reader needs.This framework not only pro-vides strategic guidance for the digital transformation of public libraries but also provides ref-erence for service innovation of public libraries.
