摘要
文章围绕公共图书馆对少年儿童阅读权利、时间、空间、内容、能力、氛围六个方面的保障以及渗透于各项保障中的优先保护原则、分龄原则、参与权保护原则,采用数据分析法,通过对给付方的给付度、受众方的接受度、受众方的感受度三个视角之间数据的对比和互证,分析了广州市公共图书馆少年儿童阅读保障的表象与实效、投入与产出、量化与质化、痛点与难点,提出构建三维立体的阅读保障指标体系,动态灵活调整空间和时间投入,尝试开展阅读能力提升效果评价等建议,以促进对少年儿童阅读保障效果的提升.
Abstract
Using data analysis method,this paper focuses on six aspects of public library's guarantee for children's reading,including reading right,time,space,reading content,read-ing ability and reading atmosphere,as well as three principles,namely priority protection principle,age division principle and participation right protection principle.Through the com-parison and mutual proof of data from three perspectives:the payment strength of the provid-er,the acceptance strength of the audience and the sensitivity of the audience,this paper ana-lyzes the appearance and effectiveness,input and output,quantification and quality,pain points and difficulties of the children's reading guarantee in Guangzhou Public Library.Sug-gestions are put forward to construct a three-dimensional reading guarantee index system,adjust space and time input dynamically and flexibly,and try to evaluate the effect of impro-ving reading ability,in order to promote the effect of children's reading guarantee.
