This paper makes a preliminary investigation on the current situation of the develop-ment and utilization of databases of books in the Republic of China in the National Library of China,and tries to provide intellectualization ideas and solutions under the background of smart libraries,explores the establishment of a technical system based on four levels of knowledge content disclosure.On this basis,this paper hopes to promote the intellectualiza-tion construction of databases of books in the Republic of China,and provide solutions for the transformation and upgrading of resource system.
