摘要

文章探讨了提升儿童图书馆员专业素养的关键路径,包括图画书的广泛阅读、书目推荐的意义和方法、图画书鉴赏能力的培养及推荐书目之前的准备工作.同时提出,通过大量阅读、积累实际案例以及与出版社的沟通,图书馆员可以为读者提供更精准的服务,激发儿童的阅读兴趣,并成为儿童阅读的专业指导者,为儿童的早期阅读发展提供支持.

Abstract

This paper explores the key paths to improve the professional skills of children's li-brarians,includinging extensive reading of picture books,the importance and methods of book recommendations,the cultivation of picture book appreciation skills,and preparation work before recommending books.This paper suggests that through extensive reading,accu-mulation of practical case,and communication with publishers,librarians can provide readers with more targeted services,stimulate children's reading interest,and become professional guides for children's reading,providing support for children's early reading development.
