Strong foundations lead to lasting growth.The local characteristic culture and traditional style of historical and cultural towns and villages are important components of China's excellent tra-ditional and revolutionary culture,and serve as significant cultural tourism resources.By analyzing the characteristics and development trends of public libraries and cultural towns and villages,this paper proposes a solid foundation for cultural tourism integration between the two.Based on the current state of cultural tourism integration between public libraries and historical towns and villages in China,this article offers suggestions such as optimizing spatial resource management,promoting regional cultural branding,and implementing diversified service models for emerging industries.to further promote the deepening and diversification of the integration of public libraries and cultural tourism in historic towns and villages.
