Study on water film analysis and dust removal effect of tunnel full-section fog screen dust capture system
In order to alleviate the harm of roadway dust to workers'health,the dust removal mechanism of the full section fog screen is studied by numerical simulation,experimental test and field test.Based on the porous media model and the low resistance theory,the influence of different aperture on the dust removal resistance is studied,and the characteristics and stability of the water film formed by different spray flow and aperture are analyzed in combination with the jet breaking and liquid film breaking atomization theory.The experimental results show that the wind speed of the roadway is positively correlated with the dust removal resistance,the dust removal efficiency increases first and then decreases with the wind speed,and the optimal wind speed is 1.09m/s.Finally,the optimal nozzle flow rate is 4.2 L/min,the dust net aperture is 100 mesh,and the dust removal rate is 93.1%after field application
