Research on the application of the prestressed equivalent preloading technology in the construction of large-span continuous beams
In order to improve the bearing capacity and stability of large-span continuous beams and reduce deformation problems during construction, the application of equivalent prestressing technology in the construc-tion of large-span continuous beams is studied. The cantilever support and suspension basket in the continuous beam are used as preloading objects, and the construction load and preloading load are calculated to prepare for the preliminary work. The prestressed equivalent preloading technology includes:embedding the threaded steel at the top of the pier, assembling the prestressed equivalent preloading support, assembling the prestressed equivalent preloading cantilever, and loading the prestressed equivalent preloading with a hanging basket.Finite element software is used to calculate the changes in various data of the continuous beam after preloading,in order to analyze the construction effect. The experimental results show that after using the pres-tressed equivalent preloading technology, the actual measured stress changes of the support and suspension bas-ket are close to the calculated results, proving the effectiveness of the prestressed equivalent preloading tech-nology.After adopting this technology, the deformation and deflection values of the cantilever support and sus-pension basket in the construction of large-span continuous beams show clear linear changes. This indicates that the prestressed equivalent preloading technology can accurately control the deformation of key components, thereby optimizing the stress distribution state during construction and effectively reducing unnec-essary structural damage. This advantage not only ensures the safety and structural quality of large-span con-tinuous beam construction, but also significantly improves the overall construction effect and efficiency.
