Path analysis of remote in-situ sampling technology based on directional drilling
With the increasing maturity of directional drilling technology,it is possible to measure gas content in situ by sealed, but there are still many problems to be studied from laboratory to field application. On the ba-sis of the previous principle machine, the research carried out in-depth development, the focus is:optimizing the core drill to meet the requirements of coal core forming;the coring device is improved to ensure the air tightness of the closed coring.Through the process design and field test, the core forming rate of the optimized coring bit is more than 90%under the preset impact strength and frequency. After the improvement, the amount of gas loss in the core-taking process is greatly reduced, and the air tightness reaches the national standard af-ter the completion of the core-taking.In order to realize the rapid determination, the sampling device is also e-quipped with a quick connector, which is convenient for the transfer of coal core;At the same time, the process flow of remote in-situ sampling is planned. The research promotes the realization of principle machine to proto-type machine, and lays a foundation for the development of industrial machine and molding machine.
