Risk Assessment and Zoning of Rainstorm Disaster-Take Binzhou City,Shandong Province as an Example
The observation data of Binzhou National meteorological observation station from 1978 to 2020,the observation data since the establishment of regional automatic station,rainstorm disaster situation,geographic information and other social and economic data were selected,and the multi-factor superposition of GIS technology and statistical methods was applied to synthesize the assessment and regionalization of rainstorm disaster risk in Binzhou,Shandong Province:(1)The spatial distribution of rainstorm risk was uneven in Binzhou City,and the risk was higher in the central and northern areas than in the southern areas.(2)Most of Bincheng District,the south-central area of Zouping City,the southwest of Wudi County,the southeast of Zhanhua District,the eastern and southern edges of Huimin County,the central and eastern parts of Yangxin County and the southern edges of Boxing County have high or high population risk of rainstorm disaster.(3)The areas with high or high risk of economic rainstorm disaster are mainly Bincheng district,the central and southern part of Zouping City,the northern and southern edge of Huimin County,the central and southern part of Wudi County and the southern edge of Boxing County.(4)The agricultural risk of heavy rainfall is high or higher in the northern and southern fringe areas of Bincheng District,the eastern and southeastern parts of Huimin County,a small part of the southern parts of Boxing County,the central and western parts of Zhanhua and the southeast.The rainstorm risk in Binzhou,Shandong Province is higher in the north than in the south.
