不同贮藏方法对3种药用植物种子发芽率的影响

为了保存药材种子的生活力，进行了不同贮藏方法的研究。试验采用3种处理、3次重复。结果表明，黄芪、桔梗和黄芩3种药材种子以低温贮藏效果最好，贮藏9个月后发芽率分别为70%、82%和54%，仍具有较高的播种品质。
EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT STORAGE METHODS ON SEED GERMINATION OFTHREE KINDS OF MEDICINE PLANTS
In order to preserve the seed vitality of medicine plants,different storage methods were studied.Three treatments with three repetitions were adopted in the test.Thre sults showed that storage at low temperature was good for Astragalus membranaceus,Platycodon grandiflorum and Scutellaria baicalensis with germination percentage of 70%,80% and 54% respectivily after nine months of storage together with good sowing qualities.
