摘要

为研究大丽花扦插影响因子,完善大丽花扦插技术体系,以大丽花"樱花"品种为试验材料,研究了不同扦插时期、不同插穗规格、不同基质、不同生长调节剂及其浓度对扦插生根的影响.研究结果表明,不同扦插时期对扦插生根效果有显著影响,以5月扦插的生根率、生根数和根系效果指数显著好于其他时期;基质种类、生长调节剂种类及浓度对生根效果均有显著影响,以处理6(1 000 mg/L IBA+珍珠岩)扦插生根效果最好,其存活率、生根率、生根数、最大根直径和根系效果指数分别为95.00%、80.00%、9.54条、4.25 mm和41.93,均高于其他处理,且生根率、生根数和根系效果指数显著优于其他所有处理;插穗粗度相同时,8 cm长的插穗在多个指标上均显著好于5 cm长的插穗,而长度相同时,4~6 mm粗的插穗在最大根长和最大根直径上显著好于2~4 mm,因此插穗规格以S3(长8 cm粗4~6 mm)扦插生根效果最好.综合而言,以5月份用长8 cm粗4~6 mm的插穗经1 000 mg/L IBA处理30 s后在珍珠岩扦插其生根情况最好.

Abstract

To study the influencing factors of Dahlia pinnata cutting and improve the cutting technical system of D.pinnata,using D.pinnata"Yinghua"as the experimental material,the effects of different cutting periods,cutting specifications,substrate types and the types and concentrations of growth regulators on cutting rooting were studied.The results showed that different periods had a significant impact on the rooting effect of cuttings,the rooting rate,rooting number and rooting effect index were significantly better in May than in other periods;The type of matrices and the type and concentration of growth regulators had signif-icant effects on the rooting effect,the treatment 6(1 000 mg/L IBA+perlite)had the best rooting effect,which survival rate,rooting rate,rooting number,maximum root diameter,and rooting effect index were 95.00%,80.00%,9.54 strips,4.25 mm,and 41.93,respec-tively,which higher than the other treatments.It's rooting rate,rooting number and roo-ting effect index were significantly superior to all other treatments;When the cutting diame-ter was the same,the cutting length of 8 cm was significantly better than the length of 5 cm in multiple indicators.When the length was the same,the cuttings diameter with 4-6 mm was significantly better than the diameter with 2-4 mm.Therefore,the cuttings with a specification of S3(8 cm long and 4-6 mm diameter)had the best rooting effect.In summa-ry,the cuttings with a length of 8 cm and a diameter of 4-6 mm were treated with 1 000 mg/L IBA for 30 seconds,and their rooting effect in perlite was the best in May.
