Study on the relationship between soundscape perception, soundscape restoration evaluation and subjective well-being of recreationist in urban park——A case of Baoding Botanical Garden
This study was based on the stimulus-organic-response theory,to construct a path relationship model between soundscape perception, soundscape recovery evaluation and sub-jective well-being.And the structural model was tested with the Baoding Botanical Garden as a case to explore the internal mechanism and dynamic mechanism between soundscape per-ception and subjective well-being of recreationist. The results showed that both natural sound and artificial sound had significant positive effects on the evaluation of soundscape re-covery.Mechanical sound had a significant negative effect on soundscape recovery evalua-tion.Soundscape recovery evaluation had a positive effect on the subjective well-being of the recreationist;Mechanical sound not only had a direct negative effect on subjective well-be-ing,but also indirectly affected subjective well-being through soundscape recovery evalua-tion.The research results not only provided useful supplement for soundscape perception, restorative environment theory and subjective well-being research in theory, but also provid-ed new path choices and the practice guidance for urban park landscape development and de-signers in practice. Finally,it was helpful to realize the sustainable development of the park and the enhancement of the happiness of the recreationist.
