多铁性Z型六角铁氧体的制备及微波电磁特性

多铁性六角铁氧体材料中共存的铁电有序和磁有序以及电、磁损耗协同机制为新型电磁波吸收材料的设计提供思路.采用溶胶凝胶法成功制备Co位Zn元素掺杂的Z型六角铁氧体Sr3Co2-xZnxFe24O41(x=0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0)材料体系.结果表明,所制备的样品呈不规则片状结构,平均颗粒尺寸为几微米左右.x=0.8样品在频率为11.04 GHz,厚度为7.5 mm时最小反射损耗达到-42.4 dB.样品x=1.6在频率为7.84 GHz,厚度为4.0 mm时,其最小反射损耗和有效吸收带宽分别为-23.2 dB和 2.32 GHz(6.00~8.32 GHz),且该样品在12.4 GHz,厚度为6.5 mm时,最小反射损耗值为-38.0 dB,其吸波特性主要源于磁损耗和介电损耗的协同损耗作用.单相的Zn掺杂Z型六角铁氧体材料在强吸收高性能吸波剂领域具有潜在的研究价值.
Preparation and Microwave Electromagnetic Properties for Multiferroic Z-type Hexaferrites
The co-existence of ferroelectric order and magnetic order as well as the synergistic mechanism of electric and magnetic losses in multiferroic hexaferrites materials provides a new idea for the design of new electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.In this work,the Zn-substituted Co doped Z-type hexagonal fer-rite Sr3Co2-xZnxFe24O41(x=0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0)material system was successfully prepared by sol-gel meth-od.The results showed that the prepared samples had irregular flaky structure and the average particle size was about a few microns.The minimum reflection loss of x=0.8 sample reached-42.4 dB when the frequency was 11.04 GHz and the thickness was 7.5 mm.When the frequency was 7.84 GHz and the thickness was 4.0 mm,the minimum reflection loss and effective absorption bandwidth of the sample x=1.6 were-23.2 dB and 2.32 GHz(6.00~8.32 GHz)respectively.At 12.4 GHz and 6.5 mm thickness,the minimum reflection loss of sample x=1.6 was-38.0 dB,and the wave-absorbing property was mainly explained by the synergistic ef-fect of magnetic loss and dielectric loss.This work indicated that single-phase Zn-doped Z-type hexagonal ferrite materials had potential research value in the field of strong absorption and high performance absor-bent.
