旨在研究锁阳水提液对环磷酰胺所致小鼠睾丸损伤的影响.取昆明种小鼠24只随机分为空白组、模型组、治疗组和对照组,腹腔注射环磷酰胺诱导小鼠睾丸损伤,在此期间,治疗组和对照组分别给予锁阳水提液1.5 g/kg及金匮肾气丸1.2 g/kg干预,检测小鼠的睾丸指数、精子存活率、畸形率、睾丸组织形态及血清睾酮水平.结果显示,锁阳水提液可显著提高小鼠的睾丸指数及精子存活率(P<0.05),显著降低精子畸形率(P<0.05),进一步维持睾丸组织曲细精管结构完整,血清睾酮水平和睾丸组织SOD水平显著升高(P<0.05),MDA水平显著降低,具有良好的抗氧化功能.得出锁阳水提液对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠睾丸组织损伤具有一定的改善作用.
Effect of Cynomorium songaricum Water Extract on Testicular Injury Induced by Cyclophosphamide in Mice
To study the effect of Cynomorium songaricum water extract on cyclophosphamide induced testicu-lar injury in mice.Twenty four Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,treat-ment group and control group.The mice testicular injury model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.The treatment group and the control group were treated with Cynomorium songaricum wa-ter extract(1.5 g/kg b.w.)and Jinkui Shenqi Pill(1.2 g/kg b.w.),respectively.The testicular index,sperm sur-vival rate,deformity rate,testicular tissue morphology and serum testosterone level of mice were measured.The results showed that the Cynomorium songaricum water extract could significantly increase the testicular index and spern survival rate of mice(P<0.05),significantly reduce the sperm deformity rate(P<0.05),further maintain the integrity of testicular tissue and seminiferous tubules,and increase the serum testosterone level.The level of SOD in mouse testis was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of MDA was significant-ly decreased,so it had good antioxidant function.In conclusion,the Cynomorium songaricum water extract has a certain improvement effect on the damage of mouse testis tissue induced by cyclophosphamide.
