An Improved Vague Similarity Measure Formula and Its Application in Ecological Operation Evaluation
During the flood control period of the Yangtze River,the ecological balance of fish was affected in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,such as spawning and survival of fish.It is necessary to formulate a reasonable and scientific ecological scheduling scheme for the temporary daily flow of the Yangtze River power station to meet the ecological needs of fish in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in special periods.The fuzzy set similarity is used as the criterion to weigh the modulation benefit of the power station.Taking as an example the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,the daily water flow data from April to September in 2013-2023 are analyzed.Then,the Vague set membership function of the flow threshold is constructed according to the linear interpolation method,and a similarity measurement formula is created to evaluate the hydrological data of each month.The four hydrological data schemes were evaluated by using the established similarity,and the scheme with the highest similarity to each month was obtained.The results can provide reference for the selection and evaluation of temporary ecological scheduling schemes for power plants.
