Dielectric Properties of LiInCr3.6Fe0.4O8 Doped Materials at Various Temperatures
To systematically study the dielectric properties and relaxation degree of the doped material LiIn-Cr3.6Fe0.4O8 at different temperatures and frequencies, the LiInCr4O8 matrix and doped sample LiInCr3.6Fe0.4O8 ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-state method, and the XRD and SEM spectra of the samples were analyzed. Each element was consistent with its nominal components.By analyzing the particle distribu-tion and temperature-dependent dielectric properties of the sample,it was found that the dielectric constants of the parent and doped materials showed peaks with the change of temperature, indicating the existence of ferroelectric properties. The value of the characteristic parameter γ obtained from the fitting results is be-tween 1 and 2,which further verifies the existence of relaxation or ferroelectric properties. The real imped-ance Z′decreases with the increasing of temperature, indicating that the material has a negative temperature-coefficient thermistor characteristic. The variation law of the imaginary part of the impedance spectrum further confirms the relaxation phenomenon. These results provide a basis for further investigation of the dielectric properties and applications of breathing pyrochlore materials.
