乌头汤在类风湿关节炎中的抗炎机制研究进展

摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是关节滑膜炎症,以侵袭关节软骨与骨质破坏为主要临床病理特征的慢性系统性自身免疫疾病炎症作为RA发病的核心病理环节和关键预后环节,影响着疾病的发展与转归,若滑膜炎症持续存在,最终会导致关节僵硬、变形、骨质破坏和功能丧失.乌头汤(WTD)可发挥温经益气、散寒宣痹的功效,是治疗寒湿痹阻型RA的基础方剂.本文通过运用文献综述的研究方法,对近年来WTD抗炎症机制的相关研究进行归纳整理,发现 WTD可通过单味药物抗炎活性成分的协同作用调控炎症相关信号通路,继而调控炎症因子、炎症介质等发挥抗炎作用.
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic systematic autoimmune disease with the main clinical and pathological characteristics of synovial inflammation and joint cartilage and bone destruc-tion.Inflammation,as the core pathological link and key prognostic link of RA,affects the develop-ment and outcome of the disease.If the synovial inflammation persists,it will ultimately lead to joint stiffness,deformation,bone destruction and functional loss.Wutou Decoction(WTD)can play the role of warming the channels,nourishing qi and dispelling cold and dampness,and is the basic pre-scription for the treatment of cold-damp arthralgia type RA.In this paper,the research methods of literature review are used to summarize the recent research on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of WTD.It is found that WTD can regulate inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory mediators by the synergistic effect of single drug anti-inflammatory active ingredients to play anti-inflammatory effect.
