Relevant factors analysis of the cognition status of tuberculosis prevention and control of tuberculosis des-ignated medical institution staff
Objective To explore the cognitive level of tuberculosis designated medical institu-tions staff on tuberculosis infection and the status of prevention practice,analyze the relevant influen-cing factors,and propose corresponding intervention strategies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 89 staff members in our institute to investigate their awareness of tuberculosis infec-tion and the practice of tuberculosis prevention,and their basic data were collected.Use logistic re-gression analysis method to analyze its related factors.Results Among 89 staff members,79(88.76％)had a high level of awareness of tuberculosis infection,and 84(94.38％)took standardized pro-tective measures in their work.The main factors influencing the cognition level of tuberculosis infec-tion and prevention practice were gender,age,working years and training.Conclusion The level of awareness of tuberculosis infection and protection practices among the staff of the Institute is generally good,but there are certain differences and deficiencies due to factors such as gender,age,years of service,and training.It is recommended that individual training programs be developed for staff with different characteristics,education,and guidance on the prevention and control of tuberculosis infec-tion be strengthened,preventive measures be strictly enforced,and infection-related examinations be carried out regularly to ensure the safety of staff.
