Influence of motivational interview and cognitive load diet education on serum indexes of high-risk preg-nant women with diabetes and maternal and infant prognosis
Objective To observe the effect of motivational interview combined with cognitive load diet education on the serum levels of Nesfatin-1,Visfatin and peptide in high-risk pregnant women with diabetes mellitus(GDM)and the prognosis of mothers and infants. Methods 100 high-risk GDM pregnant women who visited our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were randomly se-lected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a digital randomization method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group of parturients received routine care, while the observation group received motivational interviews combined with cognitive load based dietary education on the basis of routine care,to compare the nursing effects under different nursing modes.Results(1)Comparison of serum Nesfatin-1,Visfatin,and peptide levels between the two groups of parturients before and after intervention:Before intervention, the serum Nesfatin-1,Visfatin,and peptide levels of the two groups of parturients were basically similar(P>0.05);After intervention, the levels of the above indicators in both groups of postpartum women decreased, but the observation group showed a more significant decrease in all indicators(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of adverse maternal and infant outcomes between two groups:the control group had 9 cases(18%)of adverse maternal pregnancy outcomes, while the observation group had 3 cases(6%).The observa-tion group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Among the two groups of in-fants,the control group had 8 cases of adverse neonatal outcomes, accounting for 16%;The number of cases with adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group was 3,accounting for 6%.The ob-servation group was much lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of psychological status between two groups of postpartum women before and after nursing intervention:Before nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of postpartum women were basically similar(P>0.05);After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups of mothers decreased, but the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group mothers decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model of motivational interviewing combined with cognitive load diet education can not only improve the serum levels of Nesfatin-1,Visfatin,and peptide in high-risk pregnant women with GDM and the prognosis of mother and child, but also alleviate maternal anxiety and depression. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
