Exploration of the integration of medicine and industry in the training of oncology professionals under the background of"new medicine"
Objective To explore the development of medical and engineering integration in the cultivation of tumor professionals under the background of new medical science,the application of on-cology in medicine and engineering,the significance of medical and engineering integration,the current shortcomings and solutions.Methods We retrieved the reports related to medical and engineering in-tegration,analyzed the current situation,existing problems and solutions of medical and engineering integration under the background of:new medical science,and put forward our opinions.Results The development of medical and engineering integration can promote interdisciplinary cooperation,cultivate innovative thinking and practical ability,promote the development of medical technology,cultivate tumor professionals with comprehensive quality,and promote interdisciplinary and interdisci-plinary integration.However,there are also many problems such as subject barrier,lack of teacher training,lack of practical project resources and evaluation system imperfect.To solve these problems,we should strengthen interdisciplinary communication and cooperation,strengthen teacher training,cooperate with medical institutions,research institutions and enterprises to share resources,establish evaluation system of medical and engineering integration teaching,etc.,so as to achieve continuous progress and development of oncology.Conclusion Under the perspective of new medical science,the integration of medicine and engineering has become an important development direction for the clinical teaching of tumor majors,and will cultivate more comprehensive and high-quality talents.
