Observation on the clinical effect of Yiqi Gufei Qufeng decoction combined with budesonide in the treat-ment of pediatric allergic rhinitis
Objective To explore the curative effect of Yiqi Gufei Qufeng decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis(AR)and its impact on immune function of children.Methods A total of 112 AR children treated in Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital from August 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the obser-vation group and the control group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Gufei Qufeng decoction combined with budesonide.The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome score,immune factor level,inflammatory factor level and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(94.64%vs 78.57%,P<0.05).The total scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD3+/CD4+ in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,while the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)were lower,and the changes in the ob-servation group were more obvious(P<0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(16.07%vs 32.14%,P<0.05).Conclu-sion Compared with budesonide alone,the combination of Yiqi Gufei Qufeng decoction and budes-onide in the treatment of pediatric AR can significantly improve the curative effect and immune func-tion,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
