Meta-analysis of the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on depression
Objective To retrospectively analyze the intervention effect of mindfulness-based cog-nitive therapy(MBCT)on mindfulness level,rumination,suicidal ideation,sleep and quality of life,and self-compassion level of patients with depression.Methods The randomized controlled trials of MBCT intervention in patients with depression published publicly before March 31,2022 were extrac-ted from Wanfang Data,CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Embase,PubMed,and the Cochrane Library.The RevMan5.4 software was used for analysis.Results A total of 18 arti-cles involving 1 892 subjects were included.The analysis showed that the observation group using MBCT could effectively alleviate the somatic symptoms of patients with depression,optimize their mindfulness level,reduce rumination and suicidal ideation,and improve sleep and quality of life.The curative effect was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion MBCT intervention has obvious curative effect in patients with depression and is suitable for clinical use.
