Chronic heart failure is one of the leading causes of death among patients with cardi-ovascular diseases,with a high incidence rate and easy recurrence,requiring multiple hospitalizations.As one of the indicators to measure disease control and prognosis,the rehospitalization rate of patients with chronic heart failure remains high in clinical practice.This article reviews the influencing factors and treatment methods of rehospitalization in patients with chronic heart failure,aiming to reduce the rehospitalization rate,improve prognosis,and optimize treatment plans for patients with chronic heart failure.
