In recent years,the incidence of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)has been in-creasing year by year,becoming a hot and difficult issue in the field of reproductive endocrinology.Early diagnosis and prevention can alleviate the suffering of patients.This article combines clinical and literature data to elaborate on the Western medical etiology,treatment,and traditional Chinese medi-cine etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of POI.It aims to expand clinical diagnosis and treatment i-deas and improve the quality of life and health management of POI patients.
