子宫内膜微生物群与子宫内膜癌的关系研究进展

摘要
子宫内膜微生物群是定植于女性生殖道的一种特殊的微生物,对维持宫腔内环境平衡起重要作用.有研究显示子宫内膜微生物群和子宫内膜癌(EC)之间可能具有潜在的联系.了解二者之间的关系,对子宫内膜癌的诊断、预防、治疗起着至关重要的作用[1].本文参阅相关文献对子宫内膜微生物群的组成、子宫内膜菌群失调对EC发生发展的影响及菌群生态失调的治疗方法进行概述,以期为临床深入研究二者关系提供参考.
Abstract
Endometrial microbiota is a special group of microorganisms colonizing the female re-productive tract,playing an important role in maintaining the balance of the intrauterine environment.Studies have shown that there may be a potential link between endometrial microbiota and endometrial cancer(EC).Understanding the relationship between the two is crucial for the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of endometrial cancer[1].This article summarizes the composition of endometrial micro-biota,the impact of endometrial microbiota imbalance on the occurrence and development of EC,and the treatment methods for microbiota imbalance,aiming to provide a reference for further clinical re-search on the relationship between the two.
