"Physical Examination and Diagnosis"serves as a transitional discipline from basic medicine to clinical medicine.This paper systematically elaborates on a teaching methodology that or-ganically integrates explicit medical knowledge objectives with implicit ideological and political educa-tion goals through a main thread,two cores,three questions,four levels of guidance,and five teach-ing modes in the teaching practice of"Physical Examination and Diagnosis."It summarizes and analy-zes the current status,teaching objectives,and teaching effects of ideological and political education in this course,aiming to achieve an organic unity of knowledge imparting,value guidance,and ability en-hancement in the teaching process.
