Ideological and political education(IPE)is a vital path to cultivating socialist builders and successors,while curriculum-based IPE serves as a crucial means to achieve this goal.Taking H University and its affiliated hospitals as an example,this paper delves into the practice and exploration of constructing an IPE system for master's degree programs in clinical medicine through a"five-in-one"model,which encompasses top-down coordination and collaboration,forging three teams,deeply ex-cavating ideological and political elements,diversifying teaching modes,and establishing a multivari-ate evaluation system.This model aims to further advance the construction of an IPE system for culti-vating talents and provide references for enhancing the effectiveness of moral education.
