摘要
脾为后天之本,气血生化之源.脾的生理功能有主运化、主统血、主升清及主肌肉四肢的特性.其中主运化是脾的核心功能,也是其他生理功能的基础.笔者参阅相关文献,对脾主运化理论的历史沿革、脾主运化的现代研究重点、脾主运化在消化吸收方面的调控机制、脾主运化水谷影响能量代谢的的生理基础及其对神经-内分泌-免疫网络的影响加以梳理,以期从多方面对脾主运化的内涵进行探究.
Abstract
The spleen is the foundation of postnatal development and the source of qi and blood production and transformation.The physiological functions of the spleen include regulating circulation,regulating blood flow,promoting serum secretion,and controlling muscles and limbs.Among them,the main function of the spleen is the core function and the foundation of other physiological functions.This article refers to relevant literature to review the historical evolution of the theory of spleen media-ted transport,the modern research focus of spleen mediated transport,the regulatory mechanism of spleen mediated transport in digestion and absorption,the physiological basis of the impact of spleen mediated transport on energy metabolism and its influence on the neuroendocrine immune network,in order to explore the connotation of spleen mediated transport from multiple perspectives.
