Analysis of the predictive value of TG,TC,LDL-C levels for myocardial infarction
Objective To analyze the predictive value of TG,TC,LDL-C levels for myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods By retrospective analysis,162 patients with coronary heart disease admit-ted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January to December 2023 were analyzed,of which 79 patients were acute myocardial infarction group(AMI group),and the remaining 83 patients were non-myocardial infarction patients(control group). The general and clinical data of the two groups were compared, the influence factors of AMI were analyzed, and the correlation between blood lipid indexes and AMI was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the proportion of hy-pertension,family history of coronary heart disease and body mass index(BMI)≥25kg/m2 in AMI group was higher than that in the control group.Apolipoprotein A-l(ApoA-1),Apolipoprotein B(ApoB),ApoB/ApoA-1,alanine aminotransferase, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),The levels of troponin(cTnl),amino terminal brain natri-uretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)were increased, while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was decreased(P<0.05).The influence factors of AMI were TG≥1.8 mmol/L,TC≥4.7 mmol/L and LDL-C≥2.8 mmol/L(P<0.05).TG,TC and LDL-C all had certain pre-dictive value for AMI occurrence, and the combined application of TG,TC and LDL-C was better than the single diagnosis of each index(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C can pre-dict the occurrence of AMI,and the combined application is better.
