Analysis of factors influencing adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes in hypertensive disorders of preg-nancy
Objective To explore the factors influencing adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods A total of 143 HDP patients who met the di-agnostic criteria and were admitted to Zhengzhou First People's Hospital were selected, including 56 with gestational hypertension,48 with mild preeclampsia, and 39 with severe preeclampsia.Data on maternal age, number of abortions, prenatal examination status, multiple pregnancies, gestational di-abetes mellitus, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, white blood cell count, family history of hypertension,pre-pregnancy BMI,24-hour urine protein,hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),fibrinogen,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),blood creatinine, and D-dimer levels were collected. All data were processed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software, and multiva-riate Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors influencing adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes. Results Adverse maternal outcomes occurred in 51 cases, with an incidence rate of 40.56%.Multivariate regression analysis showed that advanced age, family history of hypertension, high levels of 24-hour urine protein, and preeclampsia were independent risk factors for adverse mater-nal outcomes.Adverse neonatal outcomes occurred in 59 cases, with an incidence rate of 41.26%.Mul-tivariate regression analysis showed that advanced age, high NLR levels, high D-dimer levels, and preeclampsia were independent risk factors for adverse neonatal outcomes. Conclusion Advanced age, high levels of inflammation, hypercoagulable state, and severity of HDP increase the incidence of ad-verse maternal and neonatal outcomes.
