高血压是一种全球性的重大健康问题,伴有心、脑、肾、血管等器官损害,是一种常见的慢性疾病.近年来,骨桥蛋白(OPN)作为一种多功能蛋白,被发现与高血压相关靶器官损害密切相关.本文总结了OPN在高血压靶器官损害中的最新研究进展,探讨其在血管重构、心肌纤维化和肾脏等损伤中的作用机制,以期为高血压及其并发症的预防和治疗提供新的视角与策略.
Abstract
Hypertension,a common chronic disease,poses a significant global health issue and is associated with damage to organs such as the heart,brain,kidneys,and blood vessels.In recent years,osteopontin(OPN),a multifunctional protein,has been found to be closely related to target organ damage in hypertension.This article summarizes the latest research progress on the role of OPN in target organ damage in hypertension and explores its mechanism of action in vascular remodeling,myocardial fibrosis,and kidney damage,aiming to provide new perspectives and strategies for the pre-vention and treatment of hypertension and its complications.
