小麦湿面筋含量和面筋指数的杂种优势分析

选用4个强筋和4个中弱筋小麦品种为亲本通过NCⅡ设计,配制正反杂交32个组合,对其湿面筋含量和面筋指数的杂种优势进行了分析.结果表明:湿面筋含量的杂种优势较低,面筋指数的杂种优势较高.仅有2个组合的湿面筋含量具有正向优势且不显著,其余30个组合均为负向优势,并有5个组合达到了显著水平;有26个组合的面筋指数具有正向优势,其中6个达到了显著水平,4个组合达到了极显著水平,其余6个组合具有负向优势,但都不显著.
Analysis on Heterosis of Wet Gluten Content and Gluten Index in Wheat
Heterosis of wet gluten content and gluten index were studied with 32 crosses from 4 strong gluten parents and 4 mid or weak gluten parents by NC II design. The result showed that heterosis of wet gluten content was lower, and heterosis of gluten index was higher. Only 2 crosses showed positive heterosis of wet gluten content (not significant) , and others showed negative heterosis, of which 5 crosses reached significant level. 26 crosses performed positive heterosis of gluten index, of which 6 crosses reached significant level and 4 crosses reached very significant level, although other 6 crosses showed negative heterosis, but all of them were not significant.
