The Study on Change Characteristics of Photosynthetic Rate and Soluble Sugar in Different Psychrotolerant Leaf of Tomato
Tomato cultivar of resistant to cold L402-F and cold-sensitive tomato cultivar J2 was taken as experimental materials. The effects of 6℃ treatment of low night temperature at different periods of time on photosynthet-ic indicators and the impact of soluble sugars and correlation analysis were studied using 15℃ as control. The results showed that Net photosynthetic rate, Rubisco carboxylation rate and Fv / Fm of tomato leaf of L402-F and J2 decreased in low night temperature at different duration, showing 15℃ >6℃3 h >6℃9 h, The decline of L402-F was smaller than J2, there were some differences between species. After cold stress, the carbohydrates were accumulated in the leaves of J2 and L402-F, with the increasing of treatment hours and extension of treatment days, carbohydrate accumulations were increased. The correlation between net photosynthetic rate and each index showed that the decrease of net photosynthetic rate is related with the generous accumulation of starch; but Rubisco carboxylation rate and starch accumulation may lead to the decline of net photosynthetic rate.
