为了进一步了解 NF-YB 基因家族结构的功能，利用生物信息学手段，系统研究了陆地棉标准系 TM-1基因组中 NF-YB 基因家族的数目、亚细胞定位、染色体分布、进化关系、基序以及组织表达情况。结果表明：TM-1基因组中共有41个 NF-YB 基因家族成员，它们含有相同的 CBFD＿NFYB＿HMF 结构域，大部分定位到细胞核内；41个NF-YB基因家族成员分布在19条染色体上，其中有19组成员在 A 亚组和 D 亚组中表现为直系同源基因；进化树分为Ⅰ和Ⅱ2个小组，每个小组成员间具有相似的基序类型和排列顺序；组织表达分析则发现，在这41个 NF-YB 基因家族成员中，至少有24个成员可以进行表达，且表现出一定的组织特异性。
Genome-wide Analysis of NF-YB Gene Family in Gossypium hirsutum L.
In order to further understand the structure and function of NF-YB gene family,we have systemati-cally investigated the number,subcellular localization,chromosome distribution,evolutionary relationships,motif and tissue expression pattern of of family in the genome of Gossypium hirsutum L.acc.TM-1 by bioinformatics method. 41 NF-YB genes were identified in TM-1 genome;the 41 NF-YB genes contain the same CBFD_NFYB_HMF do-main,and most of them were located in nucleus;they distributed on 1 9 chromosomes,and there were 1 9 pairs of the genes on the A subgroup and D subgroup were orthologous genes;41 NF-YB genes can be divided into groupⅠand groupⅡ,and there were similar motif type and arrangement in each group;.24 NF-YB genes were expressed,but the expression pattern varied among different tissues.
